Core Process Psychotherapy provides compassionate holding for difficult feelings and offers us the opportunity to look for more space, clarity and balance and in our lives. Combining Western therapeutic techniques with a Buddhist oriented approach, Core Process invites us to become more aware, mindful and present in ourselves. Over the duration of the sessions we are able to gently examine and work to dismantle the patterns and belief systems, which have been governing our lives and holding us back from our essential well-being.
At the heart of the work is a belief in the intrinsic health and basic goodness of every human being.
