About Me

My name is Ari Sotiriou and I share with my clients a friendly, calm and confidential environment in which to talk through your difficulties and work together towards a positive outcome. I offer psychotherapy and counselling in central and south-west London in English, in Greek and in French.

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist. I trained at WPF, one of the leading training centres for psychotherapists in the country.

Prior to training as a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I was in sales and marketing in consumer electronics and semiconductors industries. As such I worked in an extremely pressured, highly competitive, unforgiving environment. As a therapist, I am particularly concerned with mental health issues at work.
