About Me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and supervisor with over 15 years clinical experience. I work with adults of all ages and from all backgrounds, facing a variety of life problems including relationship issues, work related stress, enduring pain from the past and those living with severe challenges such as psychosis, bipolar and complex post traumatic stress ('Personality Disorder' ). My background is in mental health where I have over 30 years of hands on experience across a variety of NHS and voluntary sector settings including 10 years in mental health crisis services (crisis house model).
