About Me

I offer mindfulness based Core Process Psychotherapy, one of the original contemplative approaches to psychotherapy developed at the Karuna Institute combining Western psychodynamic theory with Eastern philosophy.

I work on both a short or long-term basis, according to need. Please contact me to arrange an introductory session (currently online only), where we can discuss your particular needs and I can answer any questions you may have.

I have a professional background working in London-based NHS services and currently - alongside my private practice - am an Associate Psychotherapist with The Clinic for Dissociative Studies (CDS UK), specialising in psychotherapy for individuals living with dissociative conditions. I am a member of The European Society for Trauma and Dissociation.
