I have worked therapeutically with children, adolescents and their parents for over 30 years. I helped establish the first integrative child psychotherapy training in the UK and, in 2000, was invited to be registered with the UKCP as a child psychotherapist in recognition of my therapeutic work with children.
I have been a child psychotherapy supervisor for over 20 years and really enjoy helping develop the therapeutic practice of child therapists and psychotherapists. Supervision currently takes place by telephone or online.
I have a specialist qualification in parent-infant psychotherapy and work therapeutically with parents who may be struggling to bond with their baby. It is a privilege to help parents establish a healthy relationship with their child at the earliest stage of life. Sessions currently take place online.
I also offer reflective parenting sessions for parents who are worried about their child of any age (from toddlers upwards) and would like to understand their child’s behaviour and respond helpfully to them. Sessions currently take place by telephone or online.
