I am a fully trained Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor qualified to work with adults and children. I have been working with people developing creativity and personal expression for thirty years. I am experienced in talking therapy as well as arts therapy. I offer the option to play, express and explore our potential and its limitations using various approaches. Engaging with the creative imagination can help us address particular difficulties and issues in a safe and contained way, but it can also help us have a more fulfilling life and support us in being fully alive.
The sessions are for fifty minutes and what occurs in that will depend on what you bring to the session and our joint sense of how to address this.
I maintain a professional practice as an artist and have a commitment to qi gong, meditation and working in nature. This supports me in bringing movement and contact into my work. I am used to working in different countries and with people from different backgrounds.
