My Approach

As a systemic psychotherapist I work with couples, families and individuals. I offer a calm and safe space for people to start to talk about and unpick their worries and concerns, without judgment or blame.
Relationships are at the forefront of my practice, and I support people to better understand themselves and each other, to understand the patterns within their lives and relationships, and develop opportunities to create the changes that they are looking for.
I support people to build their own strengths and resilience.

About Me

I offer direct therapeutic interventions within Hull, East Riding and North Lincolnshire. I am also available to work online, and can offer flexibility in relation to time.
In addition to providing therapy, I am also involved in the supervision of systemic practitioners and training, offering bespoke training and workshops with Systemic Training Yorkshire.
