There can be many different reasons to turn to therapy and I aim to build relationships with my clients which are empowering and healing. I listen carefully and gently explore where my clients are in their life and what they would like to achieve through therapy.
Finding a therapist – someone you feel comfortable with – can feel daunting, therefore I offer a free initial 20 minute telephone consultation to help you decide whether you would like to work with me. Whatever challenges you're currently negotiating, I offer a safe and authentic space where we can talk and explore together what is happening, and where you will feel seen and understood.
Psychosynthesis offers a therapy which is tailored to each client’s individual needs and I work creatively with my clients, sometimes drawing on art therapy techniques, mindfulness and guided meditation to help explore patterns and beliefs which may be having a negative impact on your self-esteem and relationships.
I bring acceptance and warmth to my work with clients. It is well documented that the most healing aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. It is the quality of this relationship which helps you to get beneath the surface and bring to light things which may be holding you back.
