I am a fully accredited psychotherapist with an MSc from the Metanoia Institute in London. I have a practice 10 minutes walk from London Bridge station where I provide weekly individual, couples and group therapy for adults. I work with clients on both a short-term and a long-term basis and I offer a student concession of £40 per session. My therapeutic approach is integrative, focusing on adapting to the needs of each individual client and their specific presenting issue. I work with a range of issues such as (but not limited to):

relationship issues
family issues
affairs and betrayals
low self-esteem
panic disorder
current or past trauma and abuse
personal development

At our first session, we can discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, how we might work together and your hopes and expectations for our work. My advice to clients looking for a therapist is to find someone you feel at ease with, who you get the sense of being able to trust and build a relationship with over time.

Training, Qualifications and Experience:

– MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (Distinction)
– International Certification as a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist (CTA)

I have several years of experience working in the charity sector and as part of a multi-disciplinary mental health team in the NHS.

As a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), I abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice; I am also a member of the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA).
