My Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in integrative and integrating Eastern approaches and perspectives. I believe in addressing the whole person's mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My work combines elements of various therapeutic modalities, such as humanistic, Gestalt, and transpersonal approaches, to provide a comprehensive and tailored healing experience. Focusing on conscious relationships, trauma reduction, and sexuality, I aim to empower individuals and couples to achieve greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves and others.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

My primary passion lies in addressing couples' issues. I'm dedicated to helping couples navigate the complexities of their relationships, create better communication, resolve conflicts, and reignite their love. My work with couples extends beyond traditional therapy, incorporating holistic approaches and energy healing to create a safe space for couples to explore their relationship dynamics and embark on healing and growth.
My work extends to helping individuals and couples overcome the challenges of post-traumatic stress. Trauma can have a profound impact on relationships, causing emotional barriers and communication breakdowns. I specialise in trauma reduction techniques and therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience. Whether you're dealing with individual trauma or the aftermath of shared experiences, I am here to provide support and guide you towards a path of recovery and renewed connection.
I am deeply passionate about helping people create healthy and conscious relationships. My work as a psychotherapist is driven by the belief that nurturing loving and authentic partnerships can lead to profound personal growth and healing. Guiding individuals and couples on their journey towards more harmonious connections is not only my profession but also my calling.
I believe that understanding and embracing one's sexuality is essential for building healthy and fulfilling partnerships. I work with individuals and couples to explore their thoughts, desires, and concerns related to intimacy and sexuality. Through psychosexual therapy and an integrative approach, I help my clients navigate this essential aspect of their lives, fostering a deeper connection and a more satisfying relationship with themselves and their partners.
I have a deep-seated interest in working with both individuals and couples. This dual focus allows me to explore the intricate dynamics of personal growth and relationship development. Whether I'm guiding individuals through trauma reduction or helping couples build more conscious and loving partnerships, my goal remains the same – to empower individuals and couples to lead fulfilling lives and nurture their connections with others.
