I am an integrative psychotherapist with a relational stance that focuses on thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations and ways of being with yourself and other people. I aim to help you to understand yourself better, and in this way you may be relieved from ways of feeling and patterns of behaviour that are causing you distress or are getting in the way of you fully living the life you want to lead. Prior to qualifying as a psychotherapist I worked for many years in therapy services in the public and voluntary sectors with adults, children and families, and this experience informs my psychotherapy practice with adults.
