My Approach

I am a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist. My dedication to the field and comprehensive training in integrative approaches have equipped me with the ability to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs.
I believe therapy should reflect this diversity in a world where we are all distinct individuals.
I am also open to exploring deeper dimensions of the human experience, including past life regression.

About Me

From my own experience, therapy can be both fun and, at times, daunting.
I have sought help from some therapists as part of my healing, so I am familiar with the process and know the importance of finding the right person. What I mean by this is not who presents well on paper but to whom your gut, your irrational, instinctual nature, says YES.

​Over the years, I have worked with clients dealing with depression, abandonment, anxiety, shame, suicidal crisis, bereavement, relationship issues, ma and questions of Spirituality and Meaning, such as Who am I?

At the heart of my practice and for the work to be successful is the relationship between the therapist and the client, so an exploratory meeting is essential. An initial consultation will establish if it feels right for us to work together, and at that time, we will agree on a fixed number of sessions or a more open-ended arrangement. Only through you feeling comfortable with our working relationship that we will be able to proceed. Our work together will begin with a period of getting to know you, and during this time, we will discuss the area that you would like to transform.

I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Transpersonal and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, accredited by the UKCP and validated by the University of Northampton.
