About Me

I'm a fully qualified Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist based in Gracia, central Barcelona.
I have over 12 years of experience helping children and adolescents to navigate the challenges of growing up. From developmental trauma, to life transitions, learning difficulties, ASD/autism, eating disorder, learning difficulties, anxiety, depression, divorce, adoption, ADHD. I also work directly with parents and carers through Filial Therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings including Primary and Secondary schools, CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health) and privately in London.
I'm a professional member of the UKCP and adhere to their code of ethics. I speak fluent English and Portuguese and intermediate Spanish.
