My Approach

I specialise in working with women and couples in such topics as
• Trauma and PTSD
•Depression, anxiety disorders
•Burnout and psychosomatic symptoms related to stress
•Emotional regulation
•Relationship dynamics
•Life transitions and personal growth
My practice is grounded in integrative, compassionate, and body-oriented approaches and existential-humanistic values, offering clients a safe space to reconnect with their inner resources and navigate healing.

About Me

I am an experienced trauma-informed psychotherapist and group facilitator working fluently in Ukrainian, English, and Russian. My work focuses on supporting individuals and groups through trauma, crisis, life transitions, and perinatal challenges. I lead sessions both online and in person.
As a mother of six (three sons and three daughters), I bring not only professional knowledge but also deep personal experience to perinatal and postpartum psychological care. I support clients through all stages of motherhood — from conception, childbirth fears, and couple dynamics, to returning to a meaningful career after maternity leave.
I’ve worked extensively with volunteers and humanitarian projects, especially within the context of war-related trauma and long-term displacement, providing psychological support and resilience-building.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

In working with anxiety, I combine body-based awareness, grounding practices, and compassionate inquiry to address the roots of fear and hypervigilance. We work together to restore a sense of safety and agency.
I offer a compassionate, grounded space for individuals navigating grief and loss. Together we explore the unique meaning of your experience, allowing space for pain, memory, and eventual integration — without rushing or pathologising the process.
As someone working across languages and cultural contexts, I support clients in exploring identity, belonging, migration, and cross-cultural tension. I hold cultural sensitivity as essential to psychological safety and integration.
With depression, I focus on reconnecting with meaning, vitality, and self-worth. I am a lecturer in many perinatal projects on the topic of postpartum and anatal therapy which increased a lot with COVID and Ukrainian-russian war. I support clients in gently exploring emotional numbness, hopelessness, and internalised narratives, using a relational and trauma-informed lens.
I work with trauma through a slow, attuned, body-aware process. Emphasising safety and control, we approach painful memories with care, supporting nervous system regulation and integrating fragmented experience into wholeness.
