I offer weekly individual psychotherapy at a bespoke therapy space in Soho, central London.
I tend to work medium to long term with clients, to help build trust and depth in our work together. You don’t need to sign up to a set number of sessions, although I suggest you give it a go for an initial 6 weeks and we can review from there.
My aim is to support you to feel more self-aware, self-compassionate and resilient. To meaningfully and authentically connect with others and with yourself.
I hope to provide a safe and inclusive space for people of any gender, race, sexuality, identity and background. I deeply respect the individual beliefs and values of my clients, including their spirituality.
I’m a UKCP and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist with a private therapy practice in Soho, central London.
I have over 4 years clinical experience working with people who are experiencing a whole range of different relational, emotional & mental health problems.
In my private practice I often work with younger adults and professionals navigating the stress and anxiety of city life, as well as grappling with identity and relationship issues.
Whether you’re struggling with life or simply want to work on yourself, I’m here to support you with compassion and expertise.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
