My Approach

I am a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist based in Soho, Central London, offering in-person psychotherapy.

I work with young professionals and creatives navigating identity, relationships, burnout, pressures and anxiety that can sit quietly behind success or performance.

Life can sometimes feel heavy or overwhelming, even when everything looks fine on the outside.

But therapy doesn’t require a crisis. Many people come simply because they want to take their emotional wellbeing seriously or understand themselves more deeply.

I offer a steady, supportive space to pause and reflect. Somewhere you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns, make sense of what’s happening in your life, and move towards choices that feel aligned with who you are.

My practice is inclusive and welcoming of people from diverse backgrounds and identities, including those who identify as LGBTQ+.

Weekly 50-minute sessions from £80 at a quiet therapy space in the heart of Soho.

I’m a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist practising in Soho, Central London. I hold an MSc and PGDip in Integrative Psychotherapy. I have over five years’ clinical experience supporting people with a wide range of relational, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
