The atmosphere that I aim to create in therapy is one of dynamic collaboration. This means that whilst you will ultimately determine the focus of our work, I will also be an active part of this process, regularly offering insight, reflections and relevant theoretical understandings. I believe that working in this way fosters vitality, helping to create movement in our sessions and in your life.
I am a UKCP-registered Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, and I completed my training Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC).
I work in central Bristol, offering therapy to adults. I have over 7 years of experience working with a wide range of clients in a variety of settings, and I am confident that if you are committed to the process of therapy, then our work together can meaningfully improve your wellbeing.
Amongst other things, I have a special interest in working with bereavement, social anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, OCD, and relationship issues. If you would like to meet with me to discuss how psychotherapy might help you, please get in touch to arrange an initial appointment.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
