My Approach

I have a particular interest in relationships and have undertaken training in Systemic and Family Constellations and draw on this when working with individuals (not groups). With over 20 years experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds both in the private sector and in the voluntary sector, I welcome individuals both young and older.

As an experienced integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years experience, I have a particular interest in relationships and relational patterns which can be unconsciously passed down from one generation to the next, inhibiting our growth and potential to live full and meaningful lives.
