Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I have had a long career in working within this field. Whilst I cannot undertake work with an adopted person (due to the requirement for Ofsted registration by the Adoption Support Guidelines), I can provide therapeutic support to adoptive parents.
I bring an attachment-focused lens to work with couples.
I have a special interest in working with clients who are seeking to make sense of their experiences of being parented, and/or how these experiences impact their own parenting role with their children
I have had many years in working within the field of Complex Trauma
