About Me

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working in Brighton & Hove and online. I offer individual therapy for adults in English and in Spanish, and many of the clients I work with identify as neurodivergent and work within creative or tech industries. I specialise in offering an adaptable, affirming, and mindful space that respects the unique way your mind works and the distinct path you are on.

My practice is built on a simple foundation: you deserve a safe, non-judgmental space where you can let your guard down, drop the pressure to conform, and be truly understood.
