psychodynamic psychotherapy
People seek therapy for a wide range of reasons. You could be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or a general sense of unhappiness. You might feel stuck or uncertain in life, at work, or within your relationships. Others come to therapy carrying the weight of past experiences, such as bullying, abuse or bereavement. Perhaps you are navigating questions of identity or belonging, and wish to explore how these affect your sense of self.

I work as a psychodynamic therapist, focusing on the unconscious patterns and early relationships that shape how you think, feel and behave today. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, this approach looks beneath them to what may be driving these difficulties.
Everyone's reasons for seeking therapy are different. Whatever brings you here, I offer a safe, confidential space to talk things through and work together towards positive change.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
