My Approach

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space in which you can explore and reflect on your relationship or sexual challenges, the way in which these affect you and your hopes for change. I support you in discovering more about yourself and about how you would like to grow personally and in your relationships - facilitating change towards greater self-love, acceptance and satisfaction in your connection with yourself and others.

I support you through empathy and compassionate enquiry informed by evidence based therapeutic practices - Systemic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-based therapies. Sometimes this may mean reflecting on your childhood, your past relationship(s) or the dynamic between yourself and your partner(s), and at other times I may invite you to try different ways of connecting with yourself or others to facilitate change, if required

About Me

Hello! I'm Victoria (she/her) and I'm a humanistic integrative psychotherapist, specialising in working with couples and individuals with psychosexual and relationship challenges.

I work in-person and online from my Shoreditch, East London and Watford, Hertfordshire offices. I work with people of all ages (from 18+) and orientations, from different cultural backgrounds, as well as neurodivergent and disabled folks. I am a trauma-informed, non-monogamy and LGBTQ+ friendly, kink aware practitioner.

I work with

  • Couples
  • Families
  • Individuals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Couples usually come to see me when they are having difficulty communicating or making change around important areas of their lives together. This may include a distressing communication pattern, an emotional or sexual intimacy issue, when there has been a betrayal or issues around open relationships. The beginning weeks of therapy sometimes involve the identifying and softening of a negative communication pattern between you and your partner around problem areas. These negative patterns can lead to overwhelming emotions or emotional shut down which makes it difficult to talk about an issue in a calm and connected way. Subsequent weeks can then focus on hearing and understanding one another and collaborating to actively resolve a problem together.
Couples and individuals usually come to see me because they are unhappy with something about themselves or because they are experiencing problems in their relationships they would like to change. Sometimes these problems relate to repeated patterns they want to understand and change. At other times it's related to psychosexual issues that are causing distress and preventing them from connecting with others in the way they would like. I am an ethical non-monogamy (ENM) friendly practitioner and support people in non-normative relationship structures.
I commonly support couples and individuals with a wide range of intimacy issues. These can range from unwanted changes to your intimate or sexual relationship to specific psychosexual issues, including how to navigate differences in sexual desire or interest, anorgasmia, painful sex or erection/ejaculation issues. I will support you in understanding the underlying causes from a psychological perspective and working on a plan that helps you overcome the difficulties you are experiencing.
