My Approach

I have experience of working with varying needs from anxiety, managing career or relationship changes, to exploring identity and sexuality, along with supporting those managing the impacts of trauma, bereavement and loss.

My approach to counselling therapy is relational, which means the pacing and content of our sessions is tailored to what you want or need. This is your time and I am here to help facilitate the space for you.

About Me

Hello, my name is Vicky. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist registered with NCPS and UKCP. I offer 1-2-1 therapy both online and in person.

Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, uncertain as to how to move forward. I hope to offer you space to explore whatever feels important or challenging right now. Perhaps things feel complex or messy, or you find yourself repeating patterns in relationships or at work that you want to change. My role is to help you to better understand your current situation and bring awareness to the stuck-ness or the dynamics at play.

This might involve looking back to past memories and experiences, to understand how they show up in the present. Other times the focus might be more future-oriented, looking at what is important to you and how you want to move towards those goals.
