I am an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist. I offer a warm, supportive and confidential space in which you can explore the difficulties, challenges or changes you may be experiencing in your life.
My aim is to help clients gain insight, strengthen resilience, and create lasting change. In our sessions, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and look at any patterns of thinking, feeling, or relating that may be limiting your wellbeing or potential.
Alongside talking therapy, I may use methods such as guided visualisation, dreamwork, sand tray techniques, breath and body-based awareness, or creative approaches — always at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer an initial brief telephone consultation so you can get a sense of how I work and to discuss what you are looking for in therapy.
I trained at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), completing the Foundation in Transpersonal Psychotherapy and the Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy.
I have also undertaken specialist training in Couples Therapy, Advanced Dreamwork, and Supervision.
As a Supervisor, I support trainee and qualified therapists by providing a reflective and supportive space to deepen professional practice, develop clinical insight, and maintain high standards of therapeutic work.
My approach is integrative and transpersonal, which means I draw upon a range of therapeutic perspectives rather than applying one fixed method. I recognise each person as an individual and tailor the way we work together according to your needs, circumstances and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
I work with individuals and couples and offer sessions in person in Little Venice, London W2, and Marlow, Buckinghamshire, as well as online via Zoom.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes duration.
Couples or Relationship sessions are 75 minutes or 90 minutes.
