I offer, 1-to-1 psychotherapy sessions that last 50 minutes. I aim to create a warm and genuine environment where you can grow and return to yourself. My approach also acknowledges the systemic and environmental factors that affect your distress, both from an existential and social justice perspective.
If you decide that therapy is for you, I encourage you to find a therapist with whom you feel safe, heard and where you feel an authentic, engaged connection.
