People come to therapy for a host of reasons but the underlying theme for all of us is that we lose contact of who we are in our essence. We are conditioned by our upbringing and culture to develop limiting habits and patterns of behaviour that perpetuate our suffering and impinge our ability to face life’s challenges. Therapy is a explorative journey to re-align us with our true being and innate health. This involves the creation of an open and safe space in which suffering can be worked with compassionately to enable positive change. These are the basic principles I use in to meet each clients unique set of needs.

I am a fully accredited Mindfulness Based Core Process Psychotherapists offering affordable short or long term therapy in Bristol. I draw on over 20 years years experience as a mental health nurse.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
