My Approach

I am an Attachment-based Psychoanlaytic Psychotherapist with many additional trainings such as EMDR, Compassion-Focussed psychotherapy and Group Analysis. I have completed a Diploma in GSRD therapy. I work as an individual, relationship and group psychotherapist.

I am a very experienced therapist having worked for 25 years in NHS mental health services and in private practice for over 20 years.
