About Me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist practising in South Birmingham. I offer in person appointments and online therapy on both short -term and longer term basis. I work with Adults and young Adults.

Special Interests
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I have completed a specialist training course on Adoption Support Counselling in conjunction with Barnardo's and The Albany Centre which equips me to support Adults affected by Adoption. I have lived experience of the adoption process and related issues - including cultural and identity issues.
I have completed a specialist training/certificate course in Bereavement Counselling and have an interest in experiences of loss - both around bereavement and more widely.
As we move through different stages of our lives we inevitably encounter challenge, change and transition, new beginnings and endings. These can sometimes present difficulty and we might need and welcome the opportunity to process what we are experiencing.
