Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor.
In my practice I seek to integrate humanistic, body-oriented, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
I have been a therapist and supervisor for nearly 40 years and I find the therapeutic process is unique and different for each person.
Working together, starting with the important issues in the present moment in life, we can also touch in on childhood experiences, painful or joyful, and how these hinder or help us to embrace present life issues.
I offer short-term, long-term, and on-line therapy and supervision, and I also have extensive experience working with people living outside their country of origin, as well as those who live in the country they were born in.
I also work with clients, and with supervisees supporting their own clients, to help address some concerns, such as depression, adoption, couple issues, abortion, trauma, and other specific issues that impact on our lives. Finally I also work as a trainer in Body Psychotherapy, at the Tracht Psychotherapy Foundation, in Galway, Ireland.
