My Approach

My approach is relational, integrative, and flexible, always shaped around the individual needs, strengths, and preferences of the people I work with.

I use a range of creative mediums—such as play, art, and nature-based approaches—to support expression and emotional processing, particularly when words are hard to find. At the same time, I’m equally comfortable offering a more talking-based therapy for those who prefer a reflective, verbal space.

I focus on building trust, fostering emotional safety, and supporting each person’s journey at their own pace.

About Me

I’m an integrative therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults. I offer a warm, relational, and creative approach, adapting how I work to meet the unique needs of each individual or family I support.

I provide a safe and compassionate space for those navigating challenges such as trauma, loss, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

I began my career working in therapeutic communities, supporting children and families affected by attachment disruption, relational trauma, and loss. Since then, I’ve continued to work across a range of settings and remain deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

Over the years, I’ve completed extensive additional training, including:
• Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)
• Theraplay with parent and child
• Animal-assisted and eco therapy
• EMDR therapy

EMDR can be effective for both complex developmental trauma and single-incident traumatic experiences, such as accidents, assaults, or medical procedures.
