My Approach

In my role as a psychotherapist, I create a safe and held container for the heart and soul to lead, for the whole body to listen, for us to step out of our minds and tap into a larger, more subtle intelligence. By working together at depth, I will support you to inquire into your inner process and outer experience in an open and non-judgmental way, helping you find greater acceptance and new ways of relating to yourself. Through the Core Process approach, we attune to our present condition in the here-and-now, paying attention not only to our cognitive and emotional experience, but also to our whole body, physically and energetically, as we slow down to listen, feel, sense and visualize.

I also draw on fifteen years of experience as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, bringing a strong somatic and embodied approach to my psychotherapeutic practice.

About Me

I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapeutic Practice from the Karuna Institute, UK. I’ve been in private practice in Goa, India, since 2020, working both in person and online. After nearly two decades in public health and policy, I gradually transitioned into this more heart-centered path, where I now hold space for others with presence and depth.
