My approach is psychodynamically informed, sometimes, we find ourselves repeating patterns or feeling things we can’t quite explain, even when they leave us feeling hurt or stuck. Psychodynamic therapy offers a way to explore those hidden parts of our inner world, helping us understand the 'why' behind our struggles so we can look to find a different way forwards.
My approach is built on our connection. We’ll work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences, ensuring you always feel heard and supported. We’ll follow your lead, exploring your inner world at the pace that feels right for you.
I offer psychotherapy in London and Surrey. I support adult individuals with a range of concerns and struggles, including difficulties in connecting and relating to others, experiences of loss, parenting, anxiety, and depression.
There is no right or wrong personal issue to bring to therapy, each experience of therapy is unique. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together to explore and understand how you feel.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
