As an integrative psychotherapist, my aim is always two-fold: to offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space which will allow you to speak freely about whatever is troubling you and to empower you by providing an opportunity for personal exploration.
Together we can explore and connect with your feelings, needs and desires, giving you the space to identify patterns of behaviour that may be holding you back and gather the awareness to start facilitating the changes that you want to make.
I am an integrative psychotherapist based in North London or online. I hold a Master’s from The Minster Centre, the UK’s leading training institute for integrative psychotherapy and counselling.
Working in an integrative way means I have combined different therapies into my practice. In essence, this means that I can draw upon a range of different ways of understanding the human experience and tailor my approach to best meet the unique needs of each client.
I am sensitive in my practice to sexual, gender, cultural and social difference and to how our backgrounds shape our sense of self.
Before re-training in therapy, I worked in the media industry. This experience helps me to tap into creative approaches with my clients and means I understand what it's like to work in a high-pressured environment.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
