With a passion for understanding the intricacies of human behaviour, I have always been interested in people, relationships and the experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and others. I offer a warm, confidential and supportive space where clients can explore what is happening for them at their own pace and without judgement. My approach is relational and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating a trusting therapeutic relationship where reflection, understanding and change can develop.
I hold a BSc in Psychology, a Certificate in Couples Counselling and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision. I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy) and a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA(P)), and alongside my psychotherapy practice I am also involved in supervision, teaching and the ongoing development of Transactional Analysis practitioners.
