My Approach

My approach is psychoanalytic based and relational.. My experience has given me valuable insights, working with a diverse range of individuals and cultures, across the full spectrum of mental health presentations.

First Consultation - what to expect?

I invite potential patients to meet for an initial consultation or two, with the aim of understanding what brought them here, reach an understanding about the problem and what would be helpful at this point in time. If psychoanalytic psychotherapy is not for you , I will be able to advise and make a recommendation that would be helpful to you and why!

I also currently deliver supervision for teams and individual therapists and reflective practice to organisations.
