I specialise in working with people who often feel under pressure, where success, visibility, and self-doubt collide. Our work can help you understand why things feel the way they do, and what might finally allow something to change.
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, shaping the work around what is most relevant to you. I pay close attention to how you think, feel, and relate and to what’s happening between us in the session. My approach is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive, but it’s my way of working, slowing things down, saying what others might avoid, and staying alongside you, that makes the difference.
I’m a senior-accredited BACP psychotherapist, UKCP-registered practitioner and clinical supervisor. My intersectional identity means I often work with clients from the global majority and those who are LGBTQ+ or gender diverse, where experiences of belonging, identity, conflict or complex trauma may be part of the work.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent 20 years in the music industry as an award-winning publicist representing high-profile artists. I now support individuals and organisations in creative and high-pressure industries with unique challenges like unstable self-esteem, imposter syndrome, performance anxiety, fame and burnout.
In addition to my private practice, I head the mental health service for a major UK record label for five years, supporting musicians and industry professionals.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
