About Me

We can all benefit from help and support at times in our lives when things may feel out of control, overwhelming, difficult to deal with, or when we want to change our patterns of behavior or explore more deeply who we are and our path in life. Asking for help is the first step to having someone who is there for you, to help and support you to find your way through the difficulties. Helping you to come to terms with things, become more aware who you are, how you relate to others and the world around you. Looking at patterns of behavior and if they serve you now. Sue works with an awareness of the body, mind and spirit. Combining western psychotherapeutic approaches with mindfulness, spiritual and transpersonal philosophies to create a way of working that supports all aspects of the human condition.
