My Approach

My approach is creative and relational, with an emphasis on body awareness, emotional expression and 'parts work'.

For me, therapy is about connection, expression, openness, support, challenge and witnessing. It's a huge privilege to travel with people as they share their lives with me, and I take the responsibility very seriously. At the same time, the therapy room can be a space for us to share lightness, fun, and playfullness.

I have a particular interest in working with social anxiety, low esteem, anger, neurodivergence and boundaries.

About Me

I'm a gestalt psychotherapist based in central Bristol. I offer weekly 1hr therapy sessions in person (Tuesdays and Fridays) which can be short term or open-ended.
I also offer shorter-term blocks of online sessions (Mondays and Thursdays) which tyically run from 6-12 weeks.
