The therapeutic relationship between myself and you, the client, is at the centre of my approach, I believe that establishing a secure base is fundamental in bringing about change and growth. I aim to provide a space where you can feel safe and secure to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions, at your own pace and in your own way.
Events in our lives can have an impact not just on our mental health but also our body. I believe that counselling not only involves talking but also listening and exploring what our bodies are telling us. And this is something I’m able to support you with.
I trained at the Matrix College of Counselling and psychotherapy, qualifying with a BA (hons) in Integrative Counselling. This simple means that I am able to draw upon a range of approaches and techniques to tailor our sessions in a way which works best for you.
