My Approach

I am a qualified and UKCP accredited integrative psychotherapist with a deep commitment to providing therapy that is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in a relational and culturally sensitive perspective, with a focus on creating a supportive environment where you can feel seen and heard. I have specific experience working with early childhood trauma and sexual trauma.
I draw on various therapeutic approaches, including transpersonal, psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential methods, allowing us to address your needs holistically. Whether through supportive dialogue or creative expression such as drawing, mindfulness and dream exploration, we will find what resonates most deeply with you.

Therapy is a shared journey. By building trust and safety, we can explore difficult emotions, unconscious patterns, and self-limiting beliefs. My goal is to support you in untangling what feels stuck, celebrating your progress, and empowering you to navigate life and relationships with confidence.
