I offer a quiet, respectful space to sit with whatever is here — thoughts, feelings, memories, sensations — and whatever is not yet known. I don’t come with answers or fixes. Instead, I trust that healing has its own pace and shape, and that something can shift when we give it time and attention together.
My work is grounded in the moving, sensing body, in creativity, in nature, and in the moments that can’t be planned in advance. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we pause. Sometimes we might use imagery, art-making, movement or music — always at your invitation.
