I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space grounded in relational and trauma-informed practice. I provide a space to reflect and express feelings that may until now have been kept hidden.
People come to therapy for many reasons, including relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, bereavement, low self-esteem, trauma, or feeling stuck with the way things are. Therapy can help you understand both the symptoms you may be experiencing and the underlying causes, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
The foundation of all good therapy is the relationship between client and therapist, and I aim to provide a space in which you can express yourself fully and authentically, to identify and articulate what has not been working for you within yourself and your life and develop ways of coping with both current and future challenges.
I use a range of approaches in my work; psychodynamic, attachment, humanistic and EMDR, which allows me to tailor the therapy to your individual needs.
As a trained art therapist, I offer creative ways to explore feelings that may be difficult to express in words. There is no expectation of artistic skill, it is simply another way to understand and communicate your inner experiences.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and an HCPC registered Art Therapist. I practice from both London and Suffolk.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
