Transpersonal therapy is based on the belief that even in crisis, there is the potential for healing and transformation. While we will attend to the immediate struggles you are facing, we may also explore deeper aspects of yourself that can bring meaning, resilience, and new perspectives.
I am a fully registered member of UKCP and BACP. Clients who come to see me often discover the ability to feel more grounded and resilient in the face of life’s ups and downs — as well as greater self-awareness, confidence in navigating challenges, and a stronger sense of ease and choice in how they live.
I work with many issues, including but not limited to:
• Anxiety and depression
• Grief and loss
• Low self-esteem
• Life transitions (stages of life, choices and changes)
• Parenting challenges and lack of support
• Relationship and family issues
• Co-dependency
• Women’s issues
• Marital and premarital issues
• Occupational challenges
• Spirituality
At times, life can feel overwhelming. You may be facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a sense of being lost or stuck. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do this alone.
As an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist, I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and heard. When we work together, we may look across the whole span of your life to understand how past experiences have shaped the person you are today. I work in a creative and thoughtful way to help people reconnect with themselves and discover a greater sense of purpose. Finding the right therapist is key to how helpful therapy can be, so it’s important that you feel comfortable with who you choose.
I have a BA (Hons) in Human Sciences, with a major in Psychology. I qualified as a psychotherapist through The Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and am a member of UKCP and BACP.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
