They may be struggling with a life transition, have experience a traumatic life event or suffering with the impact of childhood trauma or abuse.
Beginning psychotherapy is a big brave step my role is to l work alongside you through this process. I offer a safe and open space where all the parts of yourself and welcome. The work is a combination of mapping out where you have come from, tending to the obstacles you’ve encountered along the way and exploring here and now life situations. This process of looking together with curiosity and care makes space for new ways of being and relating to emerge and grow. Past, present and future versions of yourself are all engaged in this process of encouraging in and letting go.
Psychotherapy is about actively making a space to explore your views of yourself, others and the world we live in. The process helps one to gain clarity, insight, flexibility, resilience and the confidence to be who you are. And it supports you to becoming unstuck, expand the choices available to you and make the changes you are seeking in your life.
I am grounded, attuned, Playfully and respectfully. I offer safe and experienced pair of hands to guide you through this wonderous and challenging process. I use metaphor, imagination and creativity to blow wind into your sails and to make tangible change possible.
