My Approach

My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on psychodynamic psychotherapy alongside approaches including CBT, CFT, ACT, DBT and EFT. I tailor therapy to each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I have worked across NHS, private and specialist mental health services and have particular interests in eating disorders, relationships and attachment, culture and identity, and understanding how earlier experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space to explore both current difficulties and the experiences and relationships that may sit beneath them.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, eating disorders and body image concerns, ADHD and neurodivergence, relationship and family difficulties, low self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties and cultural or identity-related concerns.

I also have experience working with more complex mental health presentations, including personality difficulties, psychosis and relapse prevention.
