Born and raised in Italy, I have an international background having lived and studied across different countries. I have been working as a therapist and counsellor in London over the past 5 years - both privately and with charities, offering long-term and short-term services.
I gained an MSc in Psychology at the University of Milan – Bicocca and a second MSc-equivalent in Gestalt Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute in London, one of the leading psychotherapy training institutes in Europe.
As a therapist I work holistically paying attention to both mind and body, helping you to become more aware of what you think, feel and do in the moment. Awareness is the foundation for change, and together we can experiment with new ways of being yourself, with kindness.
I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, so sessions are tailored for each person. I also believe in the importance of your full involved in every step of the therapy process, so I will ask for your views and opinions throughout the journey.
Over the years I had the opportunity to specialise in the support of neurodiverse individuals, and those exploring topics such as identity and sexuality, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, psychosomatic symptoms such as medically unexplained pain, and pelvic health issues like endometriosis.
If you are considering therapy but feel uncertain, book a introductory session to discuss your issues and questions.
We are all vulnerable at times and may feel lost, confused, or stuck. Perhaps life has brought unexpected changes, a medical diagnosis, or a loss. You are not alone.
You may be feeling low, anxious, angry, or lonely—and unsure why. Maybe you find it difficult to build relationships or feel understood by those in your life or at work. Perhaps you feel like you don’t fit in, and never have.
My practice was born from a desire to bring positive change and improvement to people’s lives—and I have witnessed this transformation many times.
As a welcoming and curious individual, I aim to work alongside you in a space where all cultural backgrounds, ages, genders, and sexual identities are embraced. I have experience working with both neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals.
You’re welcome to reach out for an initial, no-obligation chat to see if my services might be helpful to you. I look forward to hearing from you.
The session fee is self-set, meaning you choose how much you pay, starting at £80 per session for individual therapy.
I have a limited number of low-cost slots, get in contact if you would like to know more.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
