UKCP, BAAT, HCPCP Registered
Psychotherapy can be a powerful and life-changing process. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult period, exploring past experiences, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can offer a space for growth, healing, and reflection.
As a UKCP, BAAT, and HCPCP-registered integrative art psychotherapist, I provide a tailored and compassionate therapeutic experience. Working in an integrative way means I draw on a range of psychological theories—including psychoanalytic and humanistic approaches—to adapt therapy to your unique needs. Every therapeutic relationship is different, and I aim to meet each person where they are.
Why art therapy?
Art offers a powerful medium to explore experiences and emotions that can sometimes be hard to express in words. You don’t need to be an artist or have any art experience. The creative process can help us connect with parts of ourselves we may not yet understand, deepening awareness and promoting healing. While image-making can be a valuable part of the work, verbal psychotherapy may also be more appropriate at times depending on your preferences and needs.
