I am a UKCP (SCoPEd column C) and BACP registered psychodynamic psychotherapist working in private practice in the City of London.
I have many years of experience in both private practice and the NHS. I have a particular interest in building confidence and emotional resilience. I also specialise in reducing anxiety, treating depression and understanding the effects of psychological trauma and work stress.
My aim is to help you make sense of your world and live a more satisfying life.
I started my training over 25 years ago at Childline. I then went on to train and qualify as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (formerly WPF Therapy) and the University of Roehampton. Since qualification I have worked within the Non-Recent Child Sexual Abuse Service at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, WPF Therapy and the Royal College of Art.
I now work exclusively in private practice and welcome enquiries from adults.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
