My approach is warm and collaborative. Systemic therapy thinks about problems arising due to many factors influencing each other. It’s a way of looking at problems that reduces blame and helps people find new possibilities for solving problems or getting unstuck.
I am an experienced therapist working with families, couples and individuals. I have a small private practice in central Glasgow alongside work as a family therapist in a national charity. I previously worked in the NHS supporting individuals and family members when someone in the family had a mental health diagnosis.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
