I am psychotherapist, who specialised in family and systemic psychotherapy.
I work with adolescents, children and families where there are relationship difficulties and mental health challenges.
My approach is to work alongside families and young people to co-create a therapeutic journey whereby we can jointly work through the challenges and difficulties that are being experienced.
I have over 15 years of working with children and families and I am currently employed in the NHS as a senior clinician within a CAMHS service. I also work as a university lecturer in systemic psychotherapy as well a developer and facilitator of creative workshops for children and families.
I offer a free 30 minute telephone or video consultation so that we can discuss what your hopes for therapy would be and to also give you an opportunity to get to know me and see if you would like to embark on a therapeutic journey together.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
