My approach is integrative, drawing on relational, psychodynamic, and transpersonal perspectives. I am particularly interested in how our early relational experiences shape the ways we relate to ourselves and others later in life.
In my work with couples, I pay close attention to the shared relational field that develops between partners. Difficulties in relationships are rarely about one person alone. They often arise within patterns that develop between two people over time. Exploring these patterns together can open new possibilities for understanding, repair, and change.
Across all my work, I am interested in the meeting point between psychological insight, embodied awareness, and the deeper questions of meaning that can arise through therapy.
I aim to offer both thoughtful reflection and gentle challenge, helping clients develop greater awareness and freedom in how they live and relate.
I am a UK based psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. My work sits at the intersection of psychological depth and relational awareness, supporting clients to engage honestly with themselves and with those they love.
People often come to therapy when something in life feels painful, stuck, or uncertain. This may involve difficulties in relationships, periods of anxiety or low mood, questions about identity or direction, or the sense that old patterns are no longer serving them.
I offer a space where these experiences can be explored thoughtfully and at a pace that feels manageable. Therapy can provide the opportunity to step back from familiar patterns, deepen self understanding, and begin relating to yourself and others in new ways.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
